That's pretty good! On the other hand, I can remember when I first found this site. I would read it in the middle of the night, say 3:00 a.m., with my heart pounding and constantly looking over my shoulder at the door expecting to see elders burst in. I was actually afraid. Talk about brainwashing!

by recovering inmy wife walked in while i was on this site.
she saw the header jehovahs witness.

Sherlock Holmes movie...demonic!!

Do dubs intentionally mess up other people's holidays/birthdays?

goes way out of her way to stir up trouble, conflict, and manipulate the former and non-dub relatives into not having a nice holiday.
goes to extremes to do so, and is at it again, right on cue..

Yup~ I have a sister-in-law that does this, but swears she's not. Very passive-aggressive.
Our niece was giving her non-dub mother a surprise birthday party. Many people were coming driving 3 hours to get there. Sure enough, her witness sister had to call her and just let it "slip" about the party. She has done this other times, too. When called on it, she just shrugs. Her attitude that can do nothing wrong is infuriating to the rest of us.

JW EMAIL... GARAGE SALES ARE BAD!!!! THE DEVIL'S TOOL.
by whereami inat our circuit assembly early this month a brother was relating about what he and his family have done to deal with the economy.
he went on to say how theyve cut back and simplified their lives and said they shop at thrift stores.
this past saturday while out in service i was talking with an elder and i brought up what the brother said at the ca and i told him that mom never buys at consignment shops, thrift stores, garage sales, etc.

This will be sad news for all the JW's in central Wisconsin. They use field service time to check out the rummage sales constantly. One time our car group stopped at one, and I bought a huge box of books. An elder carried the whole box into my house for me since I was pregnant at the time. He and his wife always stopped at garage sales. Many of the sisters call each other from garage sales (if it is a particularly good one) so they can come over, too.

I've been gone so long I didn't realize the congregation was split. This is such a small town I have a hard time believing they have the numbers to support it.
